Doing the right things

Do the right thing.
Not the loudest one.

Doing the right things GmbH holds and develops the companies of Pascal Kremp — for the long term, self-funded, with AI at the core.

Mission

The name is a filter.

Every contract, every invoice, every email carries the same question: are we doing the right thing? Not the easiest. Not the loudest. The right one.

  • Long-term.

We think in decades, not quarters.

  • Self-funded.

Growth on our own strength instead of funding rounds.

  • AI at the core.

Not an add-on, but the tool we build with.

The name

A name that says what I act on.

A holding company had to be founded. And it mattered to me that its name tells business partners, my family and my children at a glance what I act on.

I want to be able to look in the mirror every day.

That thought guided me: to do the right thing. It isn’t always easy. Sometimes the right thing doesn’t look like the right thing at first glance.

And what is right for me and my companies may not be right for someone else. Being aware of that is the idea behind setting this thought in stone in this holding company.

— Pascal Kremp

Group

Under one roof.

The holding company owns the stakes and gives them what they need: time, calm and a clear stance.

Principles

Not posters for the wall.

These sentences apply when decisions are hard. Especially then.

  1. 01

Do the right thing, even when it’s hard.

The easy decision and the right one are rarely the same.

  2. 02

Think in decades, act in days.

    Strategy without speed is philosophy.

  3. 03

    Build systems, not dependencies.

A company has to work without its founder.

  4. 04

Leave it better than we found it.

Every team, every company, every relationship.
